Head sushi chef, Song Kim is a two time participant  in the Sushi Masters Regional Competition.  A finalist in the 2006 Los Angeles Sushi Masters Regional competition, Song tied for second place in the 2008 Los Angeles Sushi Masters Regional Competition.
